Legal Notices

First, a statement about privacy, especially for my higher stakes students who tend to play against the same opponents regularly: I will never give any personal information about you to anyone else. This includes not selling or sharing your email address or screenname, and also not revealing any information about your playing style, hand histories, etc. This confidentiality promise extends from the time you are my student and forever thereafter.

If you do play poker for real money, you will have to check the laws in your particular area to see what is legal and what is not. In Florida, as of July 1st, 2010, we now have legal poker rooms around the state with unlimited stakes. I am not familiar with laws in other states or international laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of the laws in your location.

I believe strongly that you will be successful if you give your best effort and put in the necessary hours to train and gain experience. You overall success will depend on many factors, however, such as the stakes at which your play, your money management strategy, and natural talent. I cannot, of course, make any specific guarantees about how much money you will win, nor can I promise that you will not lose money. By choosing me as your coach, you agree that I promise to give 100% of my best effort into helping you achieve your poker goals, but the rest will be up to you, your opponents, and the cards.
